Blackberry

Blackberry were working on an Android powered smartphone for quite sometime. Now they have come up with a device and @evleaks has provided us with an image of Blackberry Venice. This device was supposed to run Blackberry 10 OS but @evleaks has confirmed that it will be powered by Android.

Blackberry Venice is a slider phone with a physical keyboard. It has been a long time since we saw such a device. Also, Venice has a slight curve at the ends but whether it will have Galaxy S6 Edge like features is not known yet.

Blackberry Venice has interesting specs. It will have a 5.4″ display QHD display. It will be powered by a 64 bit Snapdragon 808 processor with 6 cores at clockspeed of 1.8GHz. It has 3GB of RAM.

The cameras on this device are also impressive. The rear camera is 18MP while the front camera is 5MP.

Blackberry Venice is expected to be launched at the end of November this year. And AT&T will provide them on contract in the US.
