A couple of years ago, Apple ditched their strategy of making phones with smaller screen size with the iPhone 6. Now Apple are set to revert to their older strategy for a mid-range device – Apple iPhone 5se. It will be successor to iPhone 5s and will have a 4″ display. Along with Apple iPhone 5se, Apple will also launch iPad Air 3.
Apple iPhone 5se will have Apple’s A9 chip, improved camera with Live Photos, NFC support for Apple Pay and always-on Siri. The design will be identical to the iPhone 6, complete with slim body, curved edges, antenna stripes and ring shaped Touch ID fingerprint sensor-enabled home button.
iPad Air 3 will have the same 9.7″ screen size but better features like flash for rear camera, improved UI, improved audio user experience and better display tech to support Apple Pencil.
Both the devices will be launched on March 15 and will be available in stores from March 18. Apple iPhone 5se will be priced at $450 for 16GB model.
