Apple is going to have a media event on September 9 and it is widely regarded as the launch date of the iPhone 6. This year’s iPhone will come in 2 sizes – 4.7″ and 5.5″. iPhone 6 is also expected to come with the brand new iOS 8.
Along with a welcome change of the bigger screens, Apple is expected to include a more powerful A8 chip, an improved camera and potentially a sapphire display covering the screen.
The new iOS 8 will also bring along many features – Healthkit integration, improved maps, third-party keyboards, interactive notifications and closer integration with the Mac OS X desktop software.
Some sources suggest the release of the iPhone could be pushed back to 14 October as a result of the explosion in the Chinese factory which has delayed the release to some extent.
Apple iPhone 6 will be available in the stores after 10 to 20 days of the official launch of the device. An announcement about the i-Watch is also expected at the launch of the iPhone but it wont be released until the end of the year.
