Nexus 5 is powered by a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 2.3GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and an Adreno 330 GPU. The 4.95″ True HD IPS Plus display has a resolution of 1080 x 1920, with a pixel density of 445 ppi. Storage comes in at either 16GB or 32GB. Other features include an 8MP camera, LTE connectivity and a 2300mAh battery.

Google will not push out official Android 7.0 for Nexus 5 since its two year window period has passed. However CM 14 ROM is available for Nexus 5 which will update this device to Android 7.0. OnePlus X features a 5.0″ 1080p AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 801 CPU with 3GB of RAM, and the ability to use two SIMs, or one SIM plus a microSD card. The camera is 13MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and the front camera takes photos at 8MP with f/2.4 aperture. The OnePlus X comes with a glass back, or, in limited quantities, you can get a unit with a ceramic back. The battery capacity is 2525mAh.

OnePlus X has still not received official Marshmallow update. However, Android being open source, you can always install custom ROMs if you want latest Android version.
