Yesterday, we saw a leaked picture from Geekbench tests showing a Nexus 5 running on Android 5.1. Now another picture has been leaked and this time the Nexus 5 is shown running on Android 5.2.

It seems rather strange that Google has already started the testing of Android 5.2 even before the official roll out of Android 5.1. The picture shows single-core and multi-core scores of a Nexus 5 in the Geekbench performance benchmark and clearly confirms the existence of a yet unknown Android 5.2 build for Lollipop update.

There are some rumors floating around that the Android 5.1 update will be for the Android One devices and Google will push the Android 5.2 update to the Nexus devices with bug fixes and also some new features.

But according to PhoneArena, this could be the work of custom Android developers in creating a custom Lollipop ROM that intentionally reports a false Android version in a bid to fool readers. We will find it out in the coming days.
