Last month, Apple unveiled the iOS 7 with a host of new features. One feature that was particularly eye catching was the new Control Center. It is a quick settings panel that lets you access several settings from anywhere on the phone. Swipe up in any app and you’ll get the menu below, in which you’ll be able to turn on/off Airplane mode, WiFi, Bluetooth, Do Not Disturb and modify the screen orientation, adjust brightness and volume, control music playback, use AirDrop and AirPlay and enable the flashlight, timer, calculator and camera.
So this Control Center is very useful which has all the useful shortcuts at a single place. Surenix has developed the iOS 7 Control Toggle Icons app for similar functionality on iOS 6. iOS 7 Control Toggle Icons is a set of control toggles that can be found in the Control Center of the iOS 7.
The basic functionality of the iOS 7 Control Toggle Icons is turn on/off the quick toggles. But in addition to this, it allows themes and it can be skinned which makes it extremely appealing to a lot of users – especially those looking to replicate the iOS 7 feel without the risk of installing beta firmware.
The user can use some transparent themes along with the iOS 7 Control Toggle Icons app to get the complete aesthetic look that is seen in the new iOS 7. These themes can be downloaded from the BlurriedNCBackground package. Once the theme is downloaded the user will simple have to go to Settings >> NCSettings >> Themes and make sure that the required theme is selected.
The user can download the iOS 7 Control Toggle Icons free-of-charge from the BigBoss repository. But NCSettings must also be installed on the device and of course the device must be jailbroken for this to work. The BlurriedNCBackground package can also be downloaded for free from the Cydia store.
