Last Month, iOS 7 was unveiled by Apple with some interesting new features. Apple decided to completely revamp the UI of the iOS 7. Apple has dumped Scott Forstall’s skeuomorphic effects and adopted this new UI. This UI has received some mixed reviews from the users. Android users can get a taste of the iOS 7 home launcher using the iLauncher app.

iLauncher is an app which gives an iOS 7 like feel on any Android device. This launcher is perfect for those users who like the iOS 7 look and feel but prefer the customization options present in any Android OS. This iOS theme runs so deep that the infamous jiggle is also present when an app’s name or icon is being changed.

Along with the iOS UI, the user can perform all the actions that can be done on any Android launcher such as add apps to folders, and the dock looks just like the dock on an iPhone. In fact, if it wasn’t for the distinctly Android status bar at the top of the screen then it could certainly be mistaken for iOS, at least on the surface.

Some other features of iLauncher:

  • Icons have rounded corners and gloss effects
  • Long touch icons to move them around and position them as per user’s wishes
  • Easily uninstall apps from home screen
  • Tablet support
  • Live Wallpaper support
  • Changeable logos

iLauncher is a paid app that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. It is compatible with Android versions 2.2 (Froyo) and above.
