HTC One’s successor is expected to be launched within a day or two after months of rumors and speculations. And before the launch of it’s latest flagship device, HTC has added the Blinkfeed app on the Google Play Store.

The Blinkfeed launcher app can show a preview of what the UI of the new HTC One will be like. Blinkfeed combines news, social networking and events into one feed. This app also offers offline reading for the first time. The Blinkfeed app will work with all the Android phones. You need not have to be a HTC user.

Along with the HTC Blinkfeed, even the HTC Service Pack is made available on the Google Play Store. The HTC Service Pack is a support service update that combines previously released updates and helps make your HTC experience more reliable. Service packs are provided free of charge.

It is quite surprising that HTC decided to launch these apps ahead of the launch of its highly awaited flagship device.
