Riding high after the success of Nexus 6P, Huawei is looking to further improve its standing. While Nexus 6P was aimed at high end market, Huawei has launched a device for a midrange market – Huawei G7 Plus.
G Series is Huawei’s midrange series and after launching G8, Huawei have now come up with G7 Plus which is based on G8.
Huawei G7 Plus features a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The rear camera of this device is 13MP with dual-tone flash and a square fingerprint sensor beneath it, while the front camera captures 5MP images with Huawei’s beauty level software feature also onboard.
Connectivity options include LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth and dual SIM support. Huawei G7 Plus runs on Android 5.1.1.
Huawei G7 Plus has been launched in China and Thailand at a price of $330. Its still not known whether this device will be available in other markets.
