The latest CyanogenMod ROMs, version 10.2, are up and running on the CyanogenMod website. Although still in nightly stages, these ROMs allow the users to run Android 4.3 on their device. Thus the combination of CyanogenMod + Android 4.3 makes these ROMs a must have for your devices.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini is the “mini” version of Samsung’s flagship device, the Galaxy S4. The 3G version, codenamed GT-I9190, was launched in July this year after the huge success of the S4. It had Android 4.2.2 in it coated with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI. We have previously seen how to install this ROM on the Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505. Let us now see the steps involved in installing it on the S4 Mini 3G.
