LG has launched a new device in India – LG Stylus 2. Samsung’s Note series is in the high-end category so LG are hoping to take advantage of absence of Note series in mid-range device by launching a mid-range device with a Stylus.
LG Stylus 2 has a 5.7″ HD display with In-cell Touch technology. It is powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm quad-core processor and has 2GB RAM. The internal memory of LG Stylus 2 is 16GB and it has a 3,000mAh battery.
The rear camera of LG Stylus 2 is 13MP with LED flash while the front camera is a commendable 8MP. It runs on Android Marshmallow.
Another notable feature of LG Stylus 2 is the “Pen Keeper,” which prevents the stylus from getting misplaced. It displays a popup message when the phone is detected as being in motion, while the stylus bay is empty. LG has also included “Calligraphy Pen” font feature that allows users to write notes decoratively as if using a fountain pen.
LG Stylus 2 is available in brown and titanium color options. It will cost Rs. 20,500.
