Meizu is among the many growing companies in China which offer good phones at a relatively low price. Over the past few months, they have launched many devices. Now Meizu have launched their flagship device – Meizu Pro 5.
Meizu usually follow the MX branding for their smartphones but they have not followed it for Meizu Pro 5. However it does follow the trend of offering great specs at a very reasonable price.
Meizu Pro 5 will feature a 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass and relatively small bezels on either side of the screen. It will be powered by a Exynos 7420 processor – with either 3GB or 4GB RAM.
Internal storage will be 32GB or 64GB which can be expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card. Another impressive spec is the rear camera – 21MP Sony IMX230 camera with phase detection auto focus, which lets you focus on a subject in just 0.7 seconds. The front camera is 5MP.
Meizu Pro 5 has USB Type-C port with mCharge that lets you charge the 3050mAh battery to 65 percent in just 30 minutes.
Meizu Pro 5 will be available in select markets from October 12. 32GB model with 3GB RAM will cost $438 while the 64GB model with 4GB RAM will cost $485.
