Motorola is slowly climbing in the Android market share with several devices – Moto X, Moto G and the recently released Moto E. Moto X was last year’s flagship and this year its successor is set to be launched and it will be known as the ‘New Moto X’ instead of the previously rumored name of Moto X+1.
New Moto X will be an advanced mid range device – meaning its specs will be slightly lower than a typical high end device. It will have a large 5.1in display, 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage area (without a microSD card slot) and a 2,900 mAh battery.
New Moto X will have a 12 MP rear camera and the back of the device is expected to have a wooden finish. The New Moto X will come with ‘Natural Language Processor’ to enable touchless voice commands.
The release date and the pricing details of this phone has not been revealed yet. This device will come with both carrier and non carrier variant.
