Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X were released last month and this has resulted in a drop of prices for previous Nexus devices. Nexus 5 price dropped below $200 and now same is happening for Nexus 6. It is available at Amazon for a mere $200.
Quite frankly, Nexus 6 did not leave up to expectations. Its huge screen and a hefty price was part of a reason. But with a big price drop, it can actually become a good value for money smartphone.
Lets have a look at specs of Nexus 6. Nexus 6 features a large 5.96″ AMOLED QHD display, with a resolution of 1440 x 2560, giving it an impressive 493 ppi pixel density. It’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core 2.7GHz processor, with 3GB of RAM, and either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage.
The Nexus 6 shooter comes in at 13MP, with optical image stabilisation and a twin-LED ring flash, for clearer photos in low light conditions. Other features include a 3220mAh battery and a bundled Motorola Turbo Charger for a quick battery charge.
Nexus 6 will continue to receive official software updates from Google for at least a year. So a $200 Nexus 6 is a win-win situation.
