Xiaomi was not the only company which rose to prominence last year. OnePlus also launched their flagship device which ran on a modified Cyanogen OS interface. It sold over one million units. Now OnePlus are set to launch the 2015 flagship device – OnePlus Two. OnePlus CEO has hinted that this device will cost $400.
According to latest rumours, OnePlus will come with top of the line specs – Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 5.5in display, Android 5.0, 4GB RAM, MicroSD card support for expanding internal storage and 3300 mAh battery.
Carl Pei asked on Twitter how much should OnePlus Two cost with Snapdragon 810 processor. A user replied $400 and Carl Pei said it was a reasonable price. Based on this, we can assume that the OnePlus Two will cost in the region of $400.
Along with OnePlus Two, Carl Pei is focused on launching a mid-range device which will cater to the needs of lower budget masses. Carl Pei recently conveyed that OnePlus are looking to strengthen their workforce to 1500.
