OnePlus’ CEO, Carl Pei, has confirmed that OnePlus are working on a mid-range phone. This device will be named OnePlus Mini or OnePlus X. It will be launched before this year ends. Before that, we have some specs of OnePlus Mini.
Sources have suggested that OnePlus Mini will have a 5″ display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. It will be protected by Gorilla Glass 3. OnePlus Mini will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio X10 chipset, that features an octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz with 64-bit support. It will have 2GB of RAM.
OnePlus Mini will feature Sony’s 13 megapixel IMX258 camera sensor at the back, which is capable of 4K video recording at 30FPS and a dual-tone LED flash. The front camera will be 5MP.
Others features include 3000-3100mAh power, USB Type-C connector with Quick charger 2.0, Bluetooth v4.1, IR Blaster, front-facing speaker of 1.2W.
OnePlus Mini will be launched before the end of this year and will cost $250.
