OnePlus

OnePlus One was the first device by OnePlus and it ran on Cyanogen OS. The deal between Cyanogen OS and OnePlus excited many. However, they had a bitter fall out and after OnePlus One, Cyanogen OS was not seen in future OnePlus devices. But Cyanogen OS has continued support for OnePlus One. And now they are releasing OTA for OnePlus One in the form of Cyanogen OS 13 i.e. Android Marshmallow.

The announcement from OnePlus mentions the update would start rolling out today, which means some of you may already have it.

Cyanogen OS will bring various Marshmallow features to OnePlus One –¬†Doze Mode, Granular Permissions, Google Now on Tap and much more.

If you have not received the update yet, don’t panic or get upset. The update will be rolled out in stages so you can expect it in the coming days. Go to Settings >> About Phone >> System Update to check if you have received the OTA.
