Samsung are planning to release a new smartphone – Samsung Galaxy J. The Galaxy J is specially made for Japan with the picture of Galaxy J with Japan’s carrier NTT DoCoMo leaked online. Samsung Galaxy J images appeared in NTT DoCoMo‘s 2013-2014 winter and spring brochure.
Seeing the design of the Galaxy J, it appears to be a hybrid of Samsung’s latest flagship devices – Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3.
Samsung Galaxy J boasts of some impressive specifications. It will be powered by a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, a 5-inch FHD 1020 x 1080-pixel display, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage with microSD support, a 20.7-megapixel rear camera, a 2.2-megapixel secondary shooter, NFC, a 3,000mAh battery and willl run on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Samsung Galaxy J is also rumored to be water and dust resistant.
Along with these excellent specifications, the phone will have some other Japan-specific features like the 1Seg TV tuning.
The Samsung Galaxy J will be available in three colors – Coral Pink, Satin White and Lapis Blue. The price and the release date information of the Galaxy J is not known yet.
