Samsung released Galaxy J5 in June last year. They are working on its successor Galaxy J5 (2016) and the details of this smartphone have been leaked online courtesy of a benchmarking site.
Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) will come with a 5.2-inch display having 1280 x 720p resolution. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor and Adreno 306 GPU.
Galaxy J5 (2016) will run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It will pack 16GB internal memory and 2GB RAM. The rear camera will be 12MP while the front camera will be 5MP. Other features include accelerometer, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC.
If the specs of the device turn out to be true then it will be disappointing. Except for screen size and RAM, this year’s device wont have any significant upgrades.
As mentioned before, Samsung Galaxy J5 was launched in June last year. So it can be expected that Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) will also be launched around June this year.
