Android 4.4.3 updates have been rolling out to a few devices in the last few days. Now joining the list of these devices are Samsung’s Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S4 phones. It is the first time that Samsung will be rolling out the update so soon to their flagship.
This news came courtesy of a leaked document which shows that models SM-G900F and SM-G900H will get the Android 4.4.3 update in the near future. SM-G900F refers to the international and unlocked version of the Galaxy S5 while the latter refers to US and Canadian carriers.
Along with the S5, the document also shows that model number GT-I9506 will get the Android update which refers to the Galaxy S4. While Galaxy S5 will get the update in June, S4’s testing is still going on and it will get the update sometime in July.
Samsung has set an example by pushing out the updates soon and other companies will follow suit.
