Sony have announced a mid range device in the Xperia lineup – Sony Xperia T3. The Xperia T3 is one of the slimmest phones out there with it being only 7mm thick. It is kind of similar to the Xperia T2 Ultra.
Sony Xperia T3 has a 5.3″ Triluminos IPS display with 720p resolution (277 ppi) and Bravia Engine 2. It will be powered by a Snapdragon chipset with a quad-core Cortex-A7 CPU, 1GB of RAM and Adreno 305 graphics. It will have 8 GB of internal memory with 5 GB available to the user. The memory is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card slot.
Sony Xperia T3 boasts of an impressive camera for a mid ranger. It has an 8MP Sony Exmor RS sensor with 1080p video capture and Sony’s usual camera extras like Superior Auto, AR effects, Steady Shot stabilization, Social live (live streaming to Facebook) and tracking autofocus. The front-facing camera is a 1.1MP / 720p shooter.
Sony Xperia T3 will run on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS. It has a battery capacity of 2500 mAh which is very modest but Xperia T2 has a battery saving mode which could squeeze more hours on this device.
