Sony Xperia Z3 was released recently but Sony has already started working on the next flagship device – Sony Xperia Z4. The rumors are already starting to float about the next flagship. It looks like Sony Xperia Z4 will be the only flagship device from Sony for the next year and they will cancel their strategy of bi-annual flagship devices.
The Xperia Z4 will have a 5.5in screen of Quad-HD resolution at 2560 x 1440 pixels. It will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor, with 64-bits support, clocked at 2.8GHz along with the Adreno 430 GPU.
Xperia Z4 is expected to be the first phone that will have 4GB RAM and also support LTE Cat.6 connectivity and Bluetooth v4.1.
As for the camera, Sony will discontinue the IMX220 20.7 megapixel camera sensor which has been used for the last 3 flagships and instead use the curved Exmor RS CMOS sensor having similar resolution in the Xperia Z series flagships.
