[How to] Install CM 12 (Android 5.0) on Samsung Galaxy Note

Samsung Galaxy Note has a large 5.3″ WXGA Pentile HD Super AMOLED display that sets it apart from other phones and tablets. In addition to the 1.4 GHz dual-core Exynos 4210 processor, full gigabyte of RAM, and 16 or 32 gigs of storage, the Note also packs active digitizer support dubbed S Pen, which uses pressure-sensitive Wacom technology.

Galaxy Note is more than 3 years old now so Samsung has stopped the official support for this phone.
