Motorola Droid 4 is the successor to the Motorola Droid 3. It uses a dual-core TI OMAP processor with both cores having a clock speed of 1.2 GHz. Motorola Droid 4 has a 4″ display. It is powered by a dual-core TI OMAP processor with both cores having a clock speed of 1.2 GHz.┬áThe Droid 4 has 16 GB of internal memory which can be expanded with a microSD card up to 32 GB in size. It is one of the very few Android phones with a QWERTY keyboard. At the time of its launch, it ran on Android 2.3.6.
