Xiaomi has launched the successor to Redmi Note 2. Though it was expected to be Redmi Note 2 Pro, Xiaomi has unveiled it as Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. It is a flagship device at a budget price just like its predecessor.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 will fall in the phablet category. It has a 5.5in display. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio X10 CPU. Redmi Note 3 will come in 2GB as well as 3GB variants of RAM. The primary camera will be 13MP while the front camera will be 5MP.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 will have 16/32GB internal storage options which can be expanded further with the use of microSD card. It also has dual SIM-card support. Redmi Note 3 has a huge 4,000mAh battery and fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include LTE, HSPA, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and microUSB connectivity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 will be available in a short period of time. It will cost $141 and buyers in countries outside China and India would have to depend on third party sources to buy the smartphone.
