Xiaomi’s next device will be Redmi Pro. Although it sounds like a new series, it is a successor to Redmi Note 3. It will feature high-end specs and it is expected to be the costliest device in the Redmi Note series.
Xiaomi Redmi Pro will come with a 5.5-inch full HD display. It will be powered by a MediaTek Helio X25 deca-core processor with two RAM options of 3GB and 4GB. There will be two storage options as well – 32GB and 64GB.
Redmi Note Pro will have a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Redmi Pro’s camera is said to boast Bokeh-effect feature like we see in DSLR snappers. Other features include Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based MIUI 8, 4,100mAh battery and fingerprint scanner.
Xiaomi Redmi Pro will be unveiled on 27 July at National Convention Centerin Beijing. The lower end model will cost around $194 while the higher end model will cost around $210.
