Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has received another investment of $1.1 billion and the present evaluation of the company is $45 billion. And the rise of Xiaomi is set to continue with the launch of two more devices – Redmi Note 2 and Mi5. The specs of both these devices have been leaked.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 will feature a 5.5in display; having resolutions of 1920×1080 pixels. It will run on Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating platform, along with MIUI 6 on top. It will be powered by a Eight-core 64-bit processor and 2GB RAM. Redmi Note 2 will have a 13MP rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5MP front snapper for video calls.
Xiaomi Mi5 has even more impressive specs – 5.7in 2K screen, an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 64-bit processor, Adreno 430 GPU on board and a 20.7MP rear camera.
Both the devices will be launched in January 2015 and are expected to have an affordable price tag.
